What do you think the deadline is going to indicate?

So there's three different pathways here.

Number one would be that they fire Craig Breslau before the trade deadline.

I think that that's far and away the least likely thing that's going to happen.

I wouldn't rule anything out.

I mean, it's a very reactionary organization and front office and ownership group.

Like they do kind of blow with the wind here and things are not going well

and it doesn't seem like they're going to go well at any point soon.

So we'll see.

But here's what could be intriguing.

And here's what I think is going to happen.

I don't want to promise it.

But I do.

My gut is telling me that this is the most likely outcome

is that the Red Sox and Craig Breslow and backed by ownership,

I think that they not just the trade deadline because we saw the Rafi Devers trade happened in June last year.

But from now until the trade deadline, I think that there's a move in here that is kind of like it's not selling, it's not buying

for this group because we all know that they're not worthy of an investment.
