So up guys, Derek, more plates, more dates.com. Today we're going to be talking about could I have achieved my current physique with TRT dosages. So, you know, something you'll see often are bodybuilders who, even the ones that are taking the health conscious approach, you know, they'll often talk about how they can maintain

their physique on very low dosages. So people are overdoing it in terms of, you know,

use of antibiotics and whatnot. And, uh, you know, I've sort of fallen into this trap to some extent,

um, because I talk about my TRT all the time and how I'm trying to get

lower and lower to basically, you know, improve health markers and I'm just trying to see as low

as I can go before I, you know, try and maximize longevity essentially and I'm kind of over the

blasting phase in my life at this point and And, you know, using absurd, not even absurd, just super physiological amounts of hormones.

So, but the thing is a lot of bodybuilders that have insane physiques that maintain it with TRT.

What they won't say is that to build their foundation of muscle, it took them years of cycling

with super physiological amounts. So basically, I want to talk about, is it possible to achieve

my physique in particular, nothing, you know, crazy special or anything,, just therapeutic TRT dosages. And I think,

okay, for me personally, um, my genetics are average, I would say. I don't think they're bad,

at least in some aspects they are. I don't think they're good though either. They're quite average.

Um, I just have, you know, some body parts that are somewhat genetically gifted and others that are

extremely genetically lagging. And that's, you know, most people have that exact same thing. So I'm

not really an outlier on either side of the spectrum. I'm pretty average. So in terms of building

the physique that I have, I do think I over did it in the past

in terms of dosages. I don't think, you know, relative to what a lot of guys are taking that actually,
