0:00.0	Realizing it was my last kind of adventure before I go on the mission, and I actually read a quote up at the top of the mountain by a man named René Dumal. And he says, you cannot stay on the summit forever. You have to come down again. I suspect that
0:23.9	René Dumal was not referring just to a mountain summit. I can't but also think of life.
0:29.1	You know, we have this connection with our father in heaven. We've come down below and our job
0:34.8	is to figure out the memories of what we had higher up,
0:40.2	the commitments that we made to our Heavenly Father and to each other.
0:46.0	And I'm just so grateful for the gospel, for the guidance and direction it gives us.
0:47.1	Life is not easy.
0:47.9	It is challenging.
0:49.5	It is disappointing at times.
0:51.2	But it is also so beautiful.
0:54.3	And when we have the gospel to guide us and lead us,
