There are two elements here at least that I want to get your expertise on.

One is the relationship with the IRS and the FBI and these files,

and the latest is that the lowest learner's files have been by accident they have been

deleted from the computers at the IRS. I just want to say on the latter that I have backup and I'm not the

U.S. government.

Dennis, the claim that they made, which is that the emails were lost because Lois

Learner's computer crashed, is a bad joke. That isn't even where they're

stored. They're stored on email servers. So the idea that lowest learner's desktop crashed in two years of emails were lost is just is ludicrous.

And then of course they're backed up on the magnetic tape or some such medium.

You know, the fact that I didn't think of that makes me want to punch myself.

That's such a great point.

So they are, the emails still exist even if her computer crashed.

Oh yeah that's not where they're stored.
