God knows I want to break free. All right, well now let's turn to China, the coronavirus and the New Hampshire primary.

We'll land this plane, don't worry.

No, I just, we need a way to bring up both topics, but the

coronavirus first let's start with. I saw an encouraging just little data

point today speculating that perhaps it looked like there was some hope that no new cases had arisen

lately in China, so perhaps they've contained it, although any information of course coming

out of that black box should be taken with

many many grains of salt but we published I forget if we mentioned this

lately on the podcast we may have we published this piece by a formerly mensie a small bug the you know this sort of throws up for open borders globalism the challenge of what used to be

common sense which is that any nation ought to be able to control its borders especially

in the sort of most primordial way of protecting itself.

And so this, I think the whole coronavirus is in a way, it's terrible that anyone should

die of this thing.

It sounds horrible.

But it puts in front of our view in a way

this question of borders security

and the movement of peoples, which we've been led to believe for the last half century is merely a benign thing and frankly good for the economy

But I think this the specter of a pandemic

Let's hope it doesn't get to that, has sort of popped this question up anew.
