Hey folks, Randy Noberg here with another episode of Louis Pold's Hunt Talk Radio. Hope you're

doing great. Oh man, this is a podcast I think everybody's going to want to listen to.

It is our fourth podcast about the corner crossing case down in Wyoming.

And a couple of weeks ago, we got a ruling from a judge who ruled in favor of the hunters.

He accepted their request for summary judgment, which means there's no argument of the facts

and the judge can just rule on the facts of law or the application of law. So

after that came out, I got ahold of Tom and Nick, the two attorneys who've been helping me on

this for the last year and a half. And we've spent the last week putting together an outline.

And we're going to go through all these points. I'm interested in knowing what this really means.

Okay, these hunters, they got to this point. They've defeated the criminal case. Now they

receive summary judgment in the civil case. Will it get appeal? Will it not get appeal?

Whether it does or doesn't, what are the consequences? What does that mean to those of us

who hum public land who may be having a outtag or a deer tag or an antelope tag in our pocket?

And we're looking at our maps. What does this mean? Can we, can we not work and we do it?

Work and we not do it? Do we dare? All those kind of things. So I think we're just reading the
