1:12.0	Today I am in the law firm over here with Tom and Nick and if you haven't,
1:19.9	I'd suggest you go back and listen to the two podcasts we did about this time.
1:24.4	Yeah, about this time last year, about corner crossing and that laid out a lot of the
1:30.6	the background of the facts of the case, what happened, what the potential outcomes could be,
1:37.6	the criminal case at that time, potential civil cases, well as you will hear in this podcast.
1:47.9	The criminal case was decided, a jury found them not guilty of criminal trespass,
1:52.9	and then the landowner filed a very large case on civil trespass against these same four
1:58.9	hunters from Missouri. So we're well into that. It'll be probably August of 2023 before we
2:08.4	really know for sure what the civil case outcome is, but there's a lot of questions being asked.
2:16.1	A lot of, I don't know what you call it, prognostication of where it's going to go, what it's going to do,
2:22.7	what precedent it may set. So I thought, you know what, this would be a really good time to get
2:28.4	Tom and Nick back on the podcast. We've spent quite a bit of time working on an outline for this podcast,
