0:09.3	that actually I put together last week and I wasn't going to share but a few minutes ago I was lying
0:18.6	in bed looking through my news feed and I came across a story and the story was basically exactly
0:27.3	the episode that I had shared with you last week. It has to do with Game of Thrones and before you say
0:36.2	Game of Thrones that's over and there was so much hoopla about this season it's
0:41.8	not really about Game of Thrones. It's about
0:45.0	big endings that come in each one of our lives
0:49.0	and what do you do when those big endings come? So I put together this episode last week and I was
0:58.5	going to share it and then I thought oh no this is stupid it's too trendy this isn't me and my ego was really getting in the way
1:09.8	right so I decided not to share it with you, but Spirit's been giving me so much validation.
