Now, today we are back with a conversation episode. Honestly, and because you know me, I'm nothing if not honest, because I don't know how to hide that.

So we've actually, we have a number of recordings that have been recorded over the last few months.

And it's been, it's been a funny thing for me.

I have had a lot of trouble getting to a point, you know, what with having to leave for

a month and working on this book and everything.

I've not, honestly, I've not had to listen back to a conversation in a while.

And I am in a weird place mentally where I just, as of the time of this recording, but I will,

I will break whatever has its hold on me.

I will.

But at the time of this, I honestly have had so much trouble listening back to conversations. I just can't. It's like I've hit a wall with listening to my own voice, which if you can believe it, when you've made a career as a podcaster, isn't great. Again, I will get over this. But as of this point, oh my God. And that's why I've had some trouble

with. We have a lot of recordings. This is basically all I'm saying right now. And I'm just

turning it into a ramble because ADHD is wild. We have a lot of recordings that I'm going to

get through. But the reason I'm telling you that right now is that this episode was recorded like

honestly, like two to three months ago. It would have been i left for greece so sometime before june maybe even earlier wild um this is what happens we we bank up a lot of episodes and then kind of sometimes have to sort of put them out slowly but why it matters with this one is this is the conversation um returning guest, such a favorite, Joel Christensen, and actually involves Michaela this time, which I'm really excited about.
