I am the big guy Ryeback, and I'm sitting here alone this week as we get ready.

We have a great show for you.

We're going to do a little different format this week, guys.

Normally we got Asian Joe and JD. This week I got a great interview with

Rico Constantino. And as you've seen the show evolve and move on, it's a learning process

for myself and in trying different things. And I actually really am enjoying doing the interviews and I have a lot of work on

my end to improve on that and whatnot which is why I kind of went with some guys that I know and

will continue to do so with with guys that I'm friends with a lot of the Nexus guys and different

guys in wrestling but I really want to step outside of that and

if you followed this show from the very beginning i love wrestling i will always love professional

wrestling but i don't necessarily like talking about it and the fact that it and me and jd have

talked about this it essentially even though you're noting, it's just people want to hear your take

sometimes on different things going on.
