1:23.7 | completely. I never had any recurrence of exama unless I tried to introduce certain plant foods from |
1:28.8 | for me, specifically it was squash that seemed to trigger my exama when I reintroduced it. |
1:33.4 | And things were great except that long-term ketosis didn't work well for me. |
