Hello and welcome back to POD Save the the podcast Judy James, body language expert for her,

I mean her Pod Save the King debut, she's been on Pod Save the Queen a number of times as

longtime listeners will remember I'm sure but Judy how are you how have you been?

I'm fine and you know that was Queen Victoria don't you the original one.

I don't know what put out on grammar phone or something do they have the grammar phone

sound or maybe just play directly by the string quartet.

So yeah there's been a lot going on since we last caught up and the reason I invited Judy onto the show

was we're a year into the Royals in their new roles and I thought it would be interesting to have a chat with Judy and see how they're

getting on and whether they have changed now that they've all taken a step up or I mean Megan and Harry's case obviously a big step out and that's been going on for slightly longer than a year so also to see how they are getting on.
