| 0:54.5 | like it used to be or you can put the thrust of the liability on the companies. |
| 0:59.6 | And in today's global economy, especially US producers, are liable if they make mistakes |
| 1:06.7 | under tort law in the United States. |
| 1:09.7 | And they can easily go bankrupt if they make a major even sometimes a minor mistake that may |
| 1:15.9 | snowball. So consumers want to have a transparent system that they know the |
| 1:20.6 | quality of the products and right now I think that's what scares and the |
| 1:23.9 | uncertainty with respect to these imports when we have these global supply |
| 1:27.7 | chains. China has responded fairly severely to some of the problems with products that have come over |
| 1:35.3 | here in the past. |
