mean in the Constitution? What it boils down to is if you're qualified to vote for the members of the new most numerous

branch of the state legislature which is going to be your state house or representatives or your

state assembly or your state house suburguses depending on which state you're in the united

states if you're able to vote for the representative in the state house then you're also able to vote for a representative
