I think it starts at the core. A lot of times we can find our mind go to the place of, you know, when I have then I'll be.

It's kind of that context. When I have a lot of money, you know, then I'll be happy. I'll take these

vacations. I'll take these trips. It's like it's like when this occurs, then I'll

be happy. When I marry, you know, then I'll feel connected or I'll have this or

that or whatever and and and it's sort of like you know when when this happens in my world

It'll produce this effect for me inside and and it's sort of like turning it on its head and it's going, you know,

I'm going to be happy today essentially because I'm going to choose to be happy today.

And I know that sounds so simplistic, but it really is that easy and that simple.

You might need to train it a little bit.

Practice, thoughts that are going to produce happiness, beliefs that are going to produce happiness,

and engaging activities that are fulfilling.

But I think it's as simple as just beginning to decide it's what I'm going to be.

You know, I'm going to be happy today. It begins with that decision. And if we make that our

compass, right? It's like most people, success is the goal and that's the focus and then when they have success then they can be

happy or then they can be fulfilled then they can call themselves successful or

whatever that might be but if we turn it on its head, it's like, wait a minute, the priority, or what comes first,

I should say, isn't success. What comes first is happiness.
