And to detach from the mind, they let it go.

But sometimes, you know, personally observe the mind.

And I see sometimes how it drains my own energy.

It's like the mind cuts its own intelligence.

And it knows my weakness.

And sometimes it becomes so aggressive, so demanding.

So I would appreciate if you tell us how to deal with these kinds of situations.

So the mind has a momentum of its own,

but seems to be the case that you are aware of that.

So this is already again in consciousness,

because you are aware of what your mind is doing.

The question is, are you usually aware after a very noisy mind movement?
