Assalam aalekam. My brothers and sisters, the heart is the most important organ of the body.

The Prophet Muhammad, Sallala al-a-Salam says, If Salahed Sallala a Sala'u'u'u'u'a'h'a'h'a'h'a'h'a'h'a'h'h'h'h'h'h'h'

if it is pure and good, the whole body is pure and good and if it is not pure and

good, if it is diseased and bad, the whole body is diseased and bad so if you take a look at the heart it has the need to be calm

the need to be nourished it has the need really to be within a lot of comfort the only way you can

achieve it is by connecting it to its maker. There's no other way.

Allah says,

Al-Ladine anna manu'u'u b'n'n'n'u'n'n'u'n'n'u'n.

Indeed, those who believe achieve, achieve the calmness of the heart, the comfort of the heart,

by the remembrance of Allah, Allah who made it.

For you will not achieve, or it is only by the remembrance of Allah that the heart will

achieve its contentment, its fullness, its goodness, its calmness. So when you connect it to

Allah, it will always become better, It will heal. Connecting it to

anything besides Allah will break it. It will cause lots of damage and negativity. So this heart,

as you navigate through life, you will notice different aspects of living. And as a human,

it will fluctuate

a day you feel more connected with Allah

a day you might feel less connected with Allah

perhaps due to materialism
