And this final week of February,

I'm going to say something I say all the time.

The stories you tell yourself are powerful.

Because often the things that we say about ourselves

in our own beautiful minds are our stories, right?

And if you're telling yourself,

I am strong, I am resourceful,

I am smart, if these are the words you hear in your own mind or you intentionally tell yourself

I can do this I am figuring things out I love my life, right? Imagine what that does for you. I am wise.

How does that feel in your body when you say that to yourself?

And then imagine if all of those things were the stories that you knew were true

in your own self, what would that do for your life? Would you have so many opportunities and possibilities?

They would be there and you would see them.

That's what I believe.

So I have picked a story today that is about a very brave strong girl named Sybil Luddington.

Have you heard of her?

She is like Paul Revere. Do you know the Paul Revere story? If you don't you can look it up.

But like Paul Revere, she did a very brave thing and rode on a horse all night long during a terrible storm to save her town.
