The general story is that the Republican House delivered and the Republican Senate answered,

and then the president signed the Big Beautiful Bill Act.

What's in it?

We've talked about the taxes.

We've talked about the consideration of

expensing. Now we're talking about something called HSA, health savings account, created in 2003

by the Bush administration and the Republican Congress at that time. What is it? How to define it?

Who uses it? Good evening to you. Good evening, John.

So a health savings account is like a 401k. It's like a it's like a 529 except it's for

healthcare. So it's basically money that you put, it's money that hasn't been taxed that you put in.

There's a limit to how much you can contribute.

And after it grows, so it's non-tax money.

And after it grows, and the interest that you make on it, when you consume it, you don't

pay any taxes on it.

So it's like tax-free three ways, basically.

But the condition is that you spend it on health care.
