0:13.5	The nine-justices met for the very first time since that leak just 10 days ago, the one
0:18.0	that shook not only the high court for the unprecedented breach of protocol, but also
0:23.1	the entire nation because of what that leak actually revealed.
0:27.1	A draft majority opinion that stands to reverse the landmark Roe v Wade ruling if the final
0:32.6	opinion looks anything like the draft that we've seen.
0:35.8	And now there's another leak, also reported by Politico.
0:39.3	A penalty of the draft opinion that we saw that was dated February, well not much has changed
0:45.1	as of May.
0:46.8	That same draft opinion is still the only one that is circulating inside of the high
0:51.4	court, meaning no justice has yet signaled that they would switch their vote or that perhaps
0:57.1	the conclusion has subsequently changed to now uphold Roe v Wade.
1:01.7	Now CNN has not confirmed the most recent Politico story, but keep in mind that a majority
1:06.6	opinion is not the only kind of opinion that could very well be forthcoming.
1:11.4	There is always the potential for what's called a concurring opinion, one where justice
1:15.8	writes separately their own opinion that says that they have reached the very same conclusion
1:20.9	as the majority, but for different reasons.
1:23.9	There could also very well be, and given the composition of the court, one would frankly
1:28.4	expect a dissenting opinion.
1:31.3	There could be drafts of each kind that are also circulating or might not even have
1:35.4	yet been shared at this point in the calendar.
