It's not a time for running around in a panic trying to find a turkey for six

as the shops close on Christmas Eve.

What do you have for Christmas?

Well, actually, we seldom have a turkey.

We've kind of changed it up quite a lot in recent years.

We used to have a cape on but now we quite often will have a roll of pork stuffed with dried fruit

bits of onion spices sometimes even a bit of chilly if we want to feel kind of exotic change things up for

Christmas for a hot and fruity Christmas. A hot and fruity pork roll goes really well with the

really traditional stuff like you know roast potatoes and sprouts and cauliflower and

carrots that kind of thing.

So it gives you a bit of winter warmth

that you were not expecting.

Have you ever stuffed a roll of pork with a parsnip?

You should.

I think that's a rather personal question.

So I also occasionally do like a Christmas dinner roll.
