Wikipedia is suing the NSA for a spy program you likely haven't heard about before,

and the case makes even PowerPoint seem important.

The real question, I think, is going to be whether a federal court thinks one PowerPoint slide

that suggests what the government plans to do is enough to prove what it has done.

And as rising tides threaten Florida, there are a few words conspicuously missing from the state

government's lexicon. There was one lone reference to climate change in the middle of a sentence,

in the middle of the report that the people I talked to just thought must have slipped by the sensors.
