The Big 12 has seven of its 10 teams in position to be NCAA Tournament-good this season. But there seems like there's a top half and a bottom half, though. Who's in the top five beyond Baylor, Kansas and West Virginia? Well it's Texas Tech and Texas, clearly. But are the Longhorns really a sleeper team to win the league? There is a case.
