Summary
With three weeks of the 2019 season in the books, Barton Simmons and Chip Patterson update their predicted order of finish for the Power Five conferences. First, a lemonade stand in Tallahassee brings new levels of intensity to the Florida State criticism (3:45) and that gets our re-racking of conference order going with the struggle to sort all non-Clemson teams in the ACC (13:30). Then, how Washington fits into the Pac-12 title race (22:40), whether Michigan has been jumped by Penn State for second-best in the Big Ten East (31:25), an argument for LSU as the best in the SEC West (42:45) and how to sort the dangerous middle of the Big 12, which might be the best conferences in the country (53:50).

| 1:39.5 | That's that's a quarter of the way through the season. So how would you grade yourself? We've had four. If you count week zeroes, we've had four football Saturdays. |
| 1:49.5 | How are you feeling about yourself? What kind of interim report would you give yourself? |
| 1:54.5 | Pretty good on the experts picks on the CBS page. I think I don't know. I'm around 500. But it's so nice when we finally get to get past this phase where we're like discussing whether or not a 45 point underdog covers. |
| 2:15.5 | Like can can Georgia cover the 50 point spread against an FCS team like that. I'm glad we're through that part of the year. We're now last week. |
| 2:25.5 | We started to see even though it was not a great week in terms of top 20 matches. We got a couple of actual two living breathing teams playing each other and starting to get a feel for who's who and what's what. |
| 2:38.5 | And I feel okay about the way I felt coming into the year. I feel okay. My hey, my playoffs are I feel as confident as ever in my playoffs, which is. |
| 2:50.5 | Yeah, Georgia last year. Georgia Alabama Clemson. I mean, Clemson Oklahoma. No, mine was Georgia. Alabama Clemson Ohio State. |
| 2:59.5 | Oh, that looks good. That looks really good. We probably we probably gave you a hard time for just just picking all the blue bloods. But I tell you what, there was a lot of. |
| 3:13.5 | I was not alone in that pick in the CBS experts. I think there are several other people that had those four. Maybe two or three others had those four. So or two or three total. |
| 3:24.5 | So that's the first time I've been part of the consensus. And I can't say that I expected to be part of the consensus there. But I don't know those those appear to be popular picks. |
