I'm joined by Jake Burns.

Jake, we're getting ready for another football weekend, the penultimate football weekend of the year with the conference championship games.

Obviously, we're just three games away from the season being over. I kind of feel like now that

the national championship is in the rear view, plus the divisional round, I mean, this is all

kind of like the declining action, you know, the, is all kind of like the declining action.

You know, we've kind of hit the heights and now we're just kind of waiting to see how

it all plays out.

But I am excited for these games on Sunday and, you know, just I guess asking you how you're

doing and are you ready for a January football weekend, the last January football weekend?

Yeah, I'm a little annoyed they don't do these Saturday and Sunday, but I get it to give one team an early, too early a kick versus something along those lines.

I understand the situation there.

So, yeah, it's interesting scenario where we have this late national championship.

I saw that they had lower numbers on that this year than last years.

And I do wonder if that's a little bit of football fatigue, maybe not the right way to put it.

But not that we can't get enough of it, but just it's there were so many in succession where it's like, I feel like those huge games have this big buildup of like, this is a brewing thing. There's not so much, I mean, it was like, you know, Ohio State went Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, Oregon, all of them. I wonder if that plays into it a little bit. I was curious what you thought about that, because I thought that number was interesting because there's just been a lot of those games. And I was talking to some buddies, too, where I was like, isn't that such a better stretch of games, more fun to have in your world than Purdue and Northwestern? And it's like those big games are just so much more fun to get together and talk

about and think about it. I understand it's too grueling on the kids probably to play that many

big games, but it's also like what the NFL does anyway. So it's not that much different. But
