My name is Luke Boddy, B-O-D-D-Y. So I always say it's B-O-2-D-Y, yo. And my company is called Concrete Block Supply.

And I'm not asking you to share about your financial numbers, but I think it's safe to say you've had exponential growth. Maybe that's a safe way to say it. You've had exponential growth. Is that a safe way to describe the growth that you've had there at concrete block supply? Yeah, we've done pretty well. Yeah, we've been working together almost four years.

So it was something that, you know, just listening to your show, I probably, I probably listened to, I mean, a thousand of your podcast.

And it was like, hey, as soon as we get going, I'm going to bring these guys on.

It seems like a great fit and it would be perfect for us.

So we did build just like a cheaper website to like get

proof of concept, get it going. And then six months into it, that's when we hired you guys. So it was

like December of 2021. People always say they have potential.

And that's great. Everyone does. But here's the reality I've come to understand.

Potential doesn't pay. Nobody cuts you a check for having potential. Nobody promotes you for what you could do.

Nobody rewards you for talent that's still sitting on the shelf. The world only responds to proof. You've probably seen it. Someone with half the talent, half the intelligence, half the connections, but they're out there making it happen. They've got something to show, something measurable, something real.

And meanwhile, the person with all the potential is still talking about what they're capable of,

still waiting for things to align, still waiting for someone to discover them.

But it doesn't work like that.

The world is filled with potential that was never used,

never developed, never turned into anything that mattered.

Potential doesn't win championships.

Potential doesn't build wealth.

Potential doesn't lead.

Proof does, results do.
