Good morning. Good morning, Brittany. To prevent future health problems, it is so important to maintain normal glucose or blood sugar numbers.

And many of you may be wondering what are normal blood sugar numbers?

Well, pre-diabetes is defined as having a fasting blood sugar of 100 to 125 or a hemoglobin A1C of 5.7 to 6.4.

And an A1C might not be something that you get checked regularly.

And that is actually an eight to 12 week measurement of your average blood sugar.

And that's considered actually a more reliable number.
