Howdy DAB family, this is Darren from College Station.

I had called in last week asking for y'all to pray for me

over a transaction that I was working on

for a lease agreement where the prospect had backed out.

We finally had negotiated something so that he could get out

and the owner could get compensated.

And that is all squared away, thankfully.

And now I've got a scheduled for tomorrow for that unit.

So I would really appreciate y'all's prayers

that this showing goes well and we can jump right back on this

and get this house leased again.

I really appreciate y'all.

And thank you for your prayers and for lifting up my family.

Once again, my wife, she's going to be starting back up

at pharmacy school.

So just overall protection over her and her mind

and her sleep and her rest and her studies.

And then my two sons, Jonathan and Joseph,

they're going to be going back to school as well.

So looking forward to getting in some knowledge as well.

I appreciate you family just wanted to give you all an update

and please pray that we can knock this one out of the park tomorrow.
