I would say, air quote, you know, communication problems are one of the absolutely most common

things that couples talk about as being their main source of frustration and conflict in their relationship.

And I have also been hearing from a lot of you that that is also going on in your relationship

and that you'd like some advice for how to improve the relationship with your partner by

improving communication.

So a little about me. I am, again, Dr. Lisa Murray-Body. I am, my background is as a marriage

counselor. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am also trained background is as a marriage counselor.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist.

I am also trained as a psychologist, and I'm a board-certified life coach.

So I draw from all three of those different orientations and backgrounds to help, help you, help our clients here at Growing Self.
