I really suggest for people to try to embrace a growth mindset about communication.

It's a skill you can improve and as you do so you'll reap the rewards of doing that.

Even just a sense of command of wow I actually am in command of some of these things.

As a parent we know growth mindset is the key to life really right?

You know if your kids like oh I'm bad at that being like well you know you can get better

because you can get better just about anything if you decide to put some time energy into it.

Michael welcome. Thank you thank you very much. Now how do I know this?

It's because Michael was one of the people that helped guide Andrew Yang to political

comet dumb where somewhere in the middle of the campaign we brought in Michael.

And Michael taught me so much about the fact that communicating is a physical activity

and there were things that you do natively that you can actually adjust to great effect.
