Oral Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Oral Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen (Vicodin, Norco)

IV/IM Ketorolac (Toradol)
* NSAID* Common dosing β 15-30mg* Therapeutic ceiling β 10mg
IV/IM morphine
