And by the way, today is Commitment Sunday.

We are finally here.

This is a wonderful, holy celebratory day. This is a historic day. It really is.

For us as a church family, I believe it's a day that we will all look back at when we are old

and wrinkly. If you are old and wrinkly.

If you are old and wrinkly now,

you'll remember this day from heaven,

which is good news too.

But this is a very special day. I felt that this morning as I was preparing. This is the only time we'll ever do this. It's the only time we'll bring something costly to the Lord that is our first

church family offering toward the building the Lord is giving us. Amen. Can we thank

the Lord that he's even brought us this far? Thank you Lord. This is a church that did not

start by accident in the Lord's heart but he definitely snuck up on us as we were just simply launching

a school. And what the Lord has done since those early days at St. Andrews with a few hundred

people is incredible. I want you to take your Bibles to Matthew 23. And I'm going to just speak to you for a bit today, and then our team will actually be the first

to come and give.

We can't expect our worldwide church family and our local church family here to get behind

this vision if we are not behind it.

And that anointing really flows from the top.

And so I'm really excited about having this moment with our team where we can bring something

heartfelt to the Lord that our children and their children will remember.
