Bob has been so long we need to remind ourselves what is Starliner?

What is its mission? Good evening to you, Bob.

Good evening, John. Starliner is a man capsule that Boeing is building

to ferry astronauts to and from ISS.

When NASA first issued this contract back,

it was probably about 13, 2013, SpaceX and Boeing won the contract

to provide ferry service to ISS.

And so for a lot of reasons, both got delayed,

mostly having to do with Congress and NASA.
