of people today. Many people could not order drinks or food or goods on popular apps.

They couldn't even buy or sell tickets for events. Some missed

doctor's appointments because they couldn't check in. Thousands struggled at their jobs with

programs that just simply would not work. That's because of technical difficulties with Amazon

Web Services or AWS. That's a cloud computing provider owned by Amazon. It hosts many of the

websites and services that we all use on a daily basis, including United Airlines, Delta Airlines,

Google, Venmo, Facebook, several banks in the UK, and Amazon itself, among others. It also apparently includes Ticketmaster, because ahead of tonight's
