being indicted on two counts,

and apparently, as reported, will surrender himself at some point on Friday to authorities where he'll be indicted.

And claims made by the government against Jim Comey include lying to Congress under oath,

which could carry as much as five years in jail.

It's very early in this. There's no real analysis of what may happen.

We're not really up on the details and don't know much about it, but I'll be shocked if Jim Comey spends one night in jail. I'm just going to say it right now. I'll be shocked and

stunned. I feel like my gut tells me because Trump was forcing Pam Bondi and others to take action,

and the statute of limitations ends on Tuesday,

that there may be some flaws in this case,

and they're bringing it as kind of a show trial.
