I'm still learning how to be an interviewer on a

podcast but Katie was so accommodating and intelligent and so open about her own

struggles that it ended up being a really good episode. I'm going on tour of the UK with

my stand-up show Shimashita and I'm very excited. These are the places I'll be visiting and I'm just going to kind of guess how to pronounce these places.

I'm going to Newport, Newcastle, Frum, Selby, Wrexham, Leamington Spa, Harlowley, Aberdeen, Elgin, Lincoln, Alesbury, Bristol,

Bryson, Guildford, Maidenhead, Oxford and Liverpool.

I'm working on something that I'll reveal to you now. You're going to be informed of this a bit early

because I'm not really done with it yet. But I'm in touch with all of the venues in order to try and make them like angst safe

anxiety safe in lack of better word

That means that if anyone wants to come and see me on my tour, but have certain things they struggle with,

they can email me and we'll sort something out. Like for example, if you want to sit somewhere specific, or if you want to go in and find your seat before the rest of the audience comes in or if you have any questions or I don't know maybe you need to stand in the back or be near the exit or whatever it is you need will figure out a way of sorting it. I'm also working on making

all of the toilets gender neutral which is um disappointingly harder than I thought it would be, but I'm in touch with all of the venues and we're making it happen.

We're trying our best. So soon I'll announce a list of which places will be anxiety safe and gender neutral.
