You know you say well yeah this happens all the time and then they're like but it's so awful and you don't you don't it's like yeah we've been saying it's awful for so long

but people just don't listen and I've just got used to people not listening.

I'm in intense therapy and I've had to cancel the live recording of the Mopard on Sunday and that was a tough

decision because you people are so lovely and so nice and I was looking forward

to seeing you but these live episodes are I mean

they're really tough and I don't think I really understood how tough they were

but because one thing is being vulnerable in front of another person that you're kind of

semi interviewing, semi just chatting to, but another thing is doing it in front of a room full of people,

regardless of how nice those people are.

So when you're already a bit under pressure and everything's
