I think so. Yeah, I think so too. I think, uh, man, I still been having the anxiety and the

exhaustion and stuff. And, and, you know, I think at times it's getting a little better, but I'm still,

you know, optimistic and still trying to figure it out. That's all you can do. So if you're struggling

with anxiety, you know, get help. There's always, there's always help out there, you know. Um,

um, be good to yourself first and foremost. I mean, know that people deal with it. You're not alone.
