It's what made me get up every morning at 5.30, go to bed every night at midnight.

And I mean my wife knows, she's like, is this going to be the last one for a while?

Because when I'm, when I was in that zone, it's like, I'm all in and I'm like going

to war every day and I'm somewhat, what can seem very stressed out. I don't feel

stressed out all too often but can definitely see that way to other people.

So it was just interesting because of the amount coming off the other raise and then with interest rates coming up and

us not having to rate lock yet.

So it's just like I felt like I had to go into over overdrive and do that.

So it was good to be able to close that one though and it's off and that and everything we bought in

2022 we are absolutely crushing it.
