Let's get into it. As I as I hope you know, we've spent the past few weeks doing our

candid coaches series, which is a thing we do annually, but we ask coaches a

series of questions. We offer anonymity and exchange for honesty. It's among my

favorite all season things that we do a couple of weeks ago. We touched on the

questions we asked about Yukon and Gonzaga. Where is the best fit from a

conference perspective for those basketball dominant athletic departments.

gonna discuss a few other questions we've asked and I want to start with the

question that I believe has gotten the most attention and it's a question

where we asked roughly 100 college basketball coaches what their

experiences recruiting out of the portal has taught them about what a

transfer who projects as a starter at the high major level is looking to get

in the form of a NIL deal. What is that guy looking for? What is that guy

getting? The most common answer was that a transfer who projects as a high

major starter is looking for an NIL deal worth more than $200,000 and

probably getting deals worth around $200,000. Yes, there are outliers. A hundred

Dickinson is probably getting more. Some other dudes are probably getting less,
