Summary

If you've been following me for awhile, you probably know I'm a big fan of cold water therapy. But that didn't happen overnight. In fact, even though I was introduced to it as an athlete it took me years to rediscover and embrace it. Now, it's one of my daily habits that has been a game changer in my life.

If you've been curious to try cold water therapy, I share a bit more about my cold water journey as well as three approaches to getting started.
