It's so funny because when you look at the guys, that's never a topic of conversation.

Yeah. What you look like. Did you watch the football last night? It's never about,

I'll watch your skincare routine. Whereas women walk into a room and because we've been taught

to be pitted against each other,

not always, but sometimes there's,

oh my God, you know, I can't.

It's a bit of a barrier.

Yeah, yeah, and it shouldn't be there.

We should be trying to change that stereotype,

believing that there is space for everybody.

When Eric Garcia was a boy growing up in Puerto Rico, his dad introduced him to coin collecting.

In the 50-odd years that followed, Eric Garcia collected a lot of coins.

Big, small, new, old.

And the one constant through it all was that connection to his dad.

Once Eric grew up, became Dr. Garcia, and took jobs far away from his native Puerto Rico,

he'd place long-distance calls and wind the evening away, telling his dad about

his latest coins. Once he had a bit more coin of his own, Dr. Garcia's collections expanded.
