1:42.8	And today I am bringing you the story of a man incarcerated in Louisiana State Penitentiary to this day that was convicted in the oldest cold case in history in which someone was convicted and is currently serving time.
2:00.8	And that is serial killer Felix Bell.
2:06.4	So in order to tell you this one, we're going to have to go through this guy's entire life,
2:14.0	which is absolute insanity from the beginning.
2:18.8	So I'm going to take you way back to August 19th of 1939 and Felix Vale was born in the town of
2:28.4	Montpelier, Mississippi.
2:31.1	Now, his young life, not a ton is known about it. He grew up on a farm, hardworking
2:37.3	people, and he appeared to be hardworking, although his high school classmates and things
2:43.5	like that say he was pretty wild. Now, in 1957, Felix moves to Sulfur, Louisiana, where he goes to work at a chemical plant.
