The prime goal of government is to protect the minority of the opulent from the majority.

And in order to do that, you've got to fragment the majority so they really can't get to do very much and you have to

If your goal about changing a culture

and bring about freedom is persuading a majority of people, you're screwed.

Even if you do manage to do that, how much work is that? It's still going to have to change

every few years as more people are born and people die off. Whereas the answer I always say is technology is what's going to

save us. Technology is asymmetric. Me and my password are stronger than

350 million Americans because they can't get in.
