A lot of times the best entrepreneurs are kind of not very good employees.

Why do you think that is?

Because you have to be a bit of a psychopath.

If you don't like where you are, one, what's your fuel?

Two, what's that fuel going to be on a path to serve?

And then the third was, oh, that's good. Say that again.

Cody Sanchez climbed the ranks in corporate finance, only to break out in pursuit of

entrepreneurship. She started with no money, no connections, and no safety net. But through grit and

determination, she learned that escaping wage dependency isn't just about becoming your own boss.

I think we actually have an existential threat on our hands.

We are becoming a nation of people who want titles that sound cool as opposed to impact that is real.

And I love your story. Was there a push and a pull? For instance, I think that when people feel

like they're ready to go, they're feeling a pull. The heart, the soul is being pulled to something.

But ultimately, I think the best time to leave is when there's a push and a pull. Do you agree,
