So I read a really fascinating article about a plant

that may give you all of the benefits of the Ozempic or Wegavee weight loss drugs with none of those

nasty side effects. It's called the Red Roselle plant. And it apparently blocks the body from forming new fat cells.

And the scientists in Australia who are studying this said that there's something in the

plant that stops the body from absorbing fat so it's passed on as waste instead of being
