Hello everybody welcome wild card week edition of a good football show. I am patched already joined today by Danny Carter.

We have a lot of interesting stuff actually for the 2021 post-mortem. So talk about a number of interesting topics and a number of interesting players.

I don't have any pre show banter plan. Did you survive? Well survived. I did survive. My brain actually felt like mush I have to say after that after watching all day Sunday and then the Chargers Raiders game which went till 4 a.m. Easter time. Wow. I mean I just completely burned out on on the football. Obviously ready ready for the playoffs. One thing you know I tweeted this the other day.

We needed Congress to step in and act when the Steelers made the playoffs because this is this is not right. This is not right. How can they there's there's such a bad team.

They are and Congress. I mean Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is just asleep at the wheel letting the Pittsburgh Steelers. You know by the way I'm not getting political but our president Joe Biden is an Eagles fan.

He should have intervened and known this was not right. The Steelers should not be in the playoffs. You know every you know presidents can do anything via executive order.

And sure we get tied up in the courts but the playoffs be over by the time you know so it's fine. The practical effect would be no Steelers and we have to we have to look into you know Samuel Alitos.

He was you know stance on the issue and his legions is to NFL things we don't know who he was for but but really I actually he might be from Pennsylvania.

So actually that much every politician in America is from Pennsylvania. I don't really know how that's possible. They're just always from Pennsylvania.

That's right. That's right. Every every representative from Maryland is from Pennsylvania.

My state rep not my US rep is from Pennsylvania. I've been looking into how that's possible.

Yeah. But you haven't represented by Pennsylvania resident here in Missouri for at least 10 years.

You know it's it's a it's a thing where you watch them you watch the Steelers you watch for office burger and you think this can't this can't go on.

Like like they can't keep getting away with this. No they do.

And they do and if they win this week I I'm going to have to just live in the woods the rest of my life because I will have no grip on reality.

Yeah I mean I think frankly the Steelers would maybe agree with this like I don't even know if they want to be there.

They're just like too well coached and well organized of a team like because I made the stroke early in the season.

Like no matter what you look at the like all the Steelers just lost their 18th game in a row but they're still 76 and one.

Like they're never not a game over 500 somehow like they'll go like the worst three game stretch you've ever seen a team.

Yeah and they're above 500 and you know been that final home game.

Like the way Ben was talking on Monday night football after the game like I wasn't sure if he was even going to play in week 18 against the Ravens.

Yeah like it was almost like sometimes they do that in baseball a retiring player they don't play if the final series is on the road they don't play.
