Good, how are you doing? I'm good man so for everybody watching this is a regular

coaching call I contacted John I've been kind of doing my own thing in the

off season permabulking, eating ice cream, pizza.

And I think it's time to shred down a little bit,

so I called John because John always helps me out

with this kind of thing.

So we're gonna start working together and see what you can do with what's left of this carcass.

A chewed up meat piece of meat.

Chewed up old fucking beat up.

Yeah, no, I know, so I feel like it was a good idea because, you know, I feel like I actually had a pretty productive,

I don't even know why I call it an off season because I haven't competed in four years but I had a pretty productive few months and I just feel like I need something a little bit more pointed and directed at my physique because it's training at the diet is important but I'm

actually more interested in your training philosophy because at 42 I just can't keep doing what I'm doing because I don't feel like I'm recovering and just beat myself up worse.

So I always feel like you know how to kind of pull me back a bit from that, so I thought I'd give you a call.

When was the last show you competed?

Was it March of 17?

Yeah, the Arnold's.

It was the Arnold's at 2017.

So I actually have competed more recent than you.
