Doing great brother. How are you doing? Good man. So so for those of you don't know

a jay is one of the top coaches in the bodybuilding world and uh... coaches the

likes of Logan Franklin uh... Justin Rodriguez uh... i'm sure the list goes on and on and on.

People know me as the cement factory, they don't even know my name.

It's funny, I was doing a video recently, we were talking about Justin.

Yeah, I was like he's trained by that guy and like the cement factory guy.

It didn't come to me, but...

Just call me the cement guy.

You also trained Marco Rivera who's is it Marco Rivera

Alexis Ralone Rivera yeah. Alexis sorry I don't know where I got Marco from but anyway

he's absolutely incredible as well so So those are just some of the reasons

why I wanted to get you on.

So I want to talk about, the first thing

I want to talk to you about was the Justin Rodriguez

transformation because I don't know how long you've been working with them but people

saw Justin that they've never seen before last week in New York.

So I mean, yeah, I leaned up with Justin I want to say late December 2018,

and we actually did the Indie Pro,

where he was the most conditioned he ever was in 2019.

However, we kind of overdid a little bit because I just didn't, I didn't know his body at that time, but he was peeled at that show, best conditioning ever.

And then he did his own thing for Chicago Pro last year because he had signed the contract he couldn't get out of it. I said you're not going to be ready so you do your own thing. You looked horrible. He got 11 and I think that's why everybody wrote him off because that was his last appearance.
