And I was like, Hey, man, come on to Miami, bro, and do a show with us. And he was like, you know what, man, I'm tired of California. I'll do it.

I'm out here. So not man. We're excited to have you, bro. Obviously, um, you know, the the fridge and lifestyle is here to stay. You know what I'm saying?

We believe in it too. We think guys should definitely be taking care of themselves first. And for the people that don't know, man, who is coach Greg Adams?

I mean, I'm just the guy like, I'm relatively the new wave like you guys. I mean, I consider myself doing this pretty new. I've been only doing this not even three years.
